What is the Peak Golf Program?

A unique 3-month program with a new approach to golf conditioning, this program is different from instruction that you would get from a golf pro in that it is designed to condition your body to help drive your game to the next level whilst complementing your existing instruction, experience or technical program.

The Peak Golf Program is an integrated, full service program that combines state of the art physical assessment, individualized exercise prescription, periodic performance review and re-assessment. This program can be done at home or within a group environment set up at a health club, training centre etc. Followed properly, this program will push your body to stress the necessary muscles for continued improvement by locking you into your individual training category and ensuring quality training.
