Training Programs: Build Strength and Efficiency.
Strength training is an essential part of any athletes schedule. Whether you are a hockey player, cyclist or marathon runner it is important to develop the strength to perform optimally, while maintaining a good level of flexibility in order to remain injury free!
At the Peak Centre, we offer customized, sport-specific strength training programs as well as Personal Training sessions, to develop power, increase efficiency and avoid injury.
Included in the strength training program are individualized workouts to fit your training schedule and monthly sessions to ensure you are using proper technique for the exercises. Training can be done at your own facility or our facility, which ever is most convenient for you.

Training Program Cost:
- $90 (+tax) per month
Personal Training Cost:
- Single session = $75 + tax
- 5 pack =$350 + tax
- 10 pack = $650 + tax
- 20 pack = $1200 + tax
- 50 pack = $ 2500 + tax
