Peak Centre Power Based Cycling Classes
These classes are for the athlete who is serious about improving next season’s performance. We highly recommend that the classes begin with lactate testing to determine each athlete’s individual power based training zones. These personalized zones allow your instructor to provide individual workload targets for each interval of your workout. Instead of using perceived exertion or heart rate, you have specific power levels for each workout and an instructor to adjust those targets as your fitness improves. Classes will focus on power development at lactate threshold and at max power.
